AJVC is the organization of youth in central Africa that has been entrusted to take the task of organizing the monitoring of the dialogue begun on the youth empowerment program. Emerging from the meeting the recommendations made when we were in sweden further the partnership between the youth of North and South through a highly mobile international law, the sharing and exchange of experience between these two youths. Here's one response to this encounter that led to the establishment of such a program in Africa, Latin America and Europe, and specifically in Cameroon with Green Youth Association of Cameroon like The Manager. In light of the needs specific to the proposed activity, we would say that this activity is to inform, train future actors and partners who are called to be mentors and volunteers from the European voluntary service in Cameroon, intermediaries. At this level of stress needed to know: have a competent team able to establish a dynamic and effective volunteerism increased following tools and instruments in the SLE to evaluate possible local organizations sending and receiving volunteers and explain the issues. In terms of opportunities, it should be noted that this session is especially beneficial for AJVC, Cameroon civil society, local authorities and stakeholders in this program since outside the objective related to information and training on the EVS program, it will make an assessment of REJEFAC, to boost it further, to develop an overall strategic plan of SLE following a meeting of partners in Sweden (July 2010), and especially plan the next steps and deadlines for action. For what is at stake, we can say that this meeting is strategic as well as discussions and exchanges from which it will provide a wide range of elements for implementation of this program in Cameroon. Based on the experiences of each other; the AJVC and its network will take place itself effectively, particularly in the promotion of volunteerism and through the mutual mobility of volunteers on two spaces? Such sharing of experiences, deepen understanding, will strengthen a culture of tolerance, international solidarity and global citizenship. In short, the training course requested is of paramount importance since it aims to inform and educate stakeholders and partners in EVS program on teaching methodologies and tools for operational conduct of the project locally, nationally and International. This is an opportunity for developing a collegial manner the overall strategic plan of the EVS in Cameroon and finally it is an opportunity to achieve a first assessment of the actions of the focal points REJEFAC to review and re-discuss the prospects of that network |
